Recruiter. Dispatcher. Fleet Manager. Fleet Supervisor. Terminal Manager. Operations Manager over four regions.
Along the way, I built a real estate company in Maine. Started a marketing coaching company. Kept the W-2. Kept the side. Kept the grind.
For most of it, I told myself I was building something. And I was. Just not all the right things.
Early 2025 is when it finally clicked. The shift wasn't a windfall. It wasn't a course. It was a quiet morning, a journal, and a question I'd been ducking too long: if I'm working this hard, why does the math still feel this thin?
Decoding Wealth is what came out of answering that. It's the FRESH Method — Financial, Relationship, Emotional, Spiritual, Health — built for My Peeps. Working professionals. Blue-collar wealth builders. Anyone building something real on the side of a demanding career.
This isn't theory. I'm not a guru. I'm a guy still in it — leading people by day, building wealth on the side, and finally doing it on purpose.
